Orders placed before 3 PM on a working day are dispatched on the same day from our headquarters in Karachi.
We ship all orders with a unique TRY BEFORE YOU BUY service, where you can avail OPEN BOX DELIVERY at your doorstep FREE OF COST.
Shipping Timeline:
Karachi: 2 hours - 48 Hours ( Same Day - Next Day)
Other Metropolitan Cities: 24 Hours - 72 Hours ( 1 - 3 Days)
Non-Metropolitan Cities: 48 Hours - 96 Hours ( 2 - 4 Days)

We have a 14-day returns & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
